Zonal Credit Head - NBFC - West

Position : Zonal Credit Head

Location : Mumbai

Qualification : CA / MBA

Experience : 6 - 8 years from a reputed NBFC / BFSI

The incumbent needs to enable a clear focus on the credit function servicing, Commercial Vehicle & LAP products.

Key Responsibilities / Functions :

- Due Diligence and credit risk assessment of the segment proposal

- Establishment of policies and procedures for operational & functional control across the company network and ensure staff orientation and sound implementation.

- Lead and manage a team of Branch Credit Managers, Regional Credit hub team, credit officers and credit intelligence team

- Define a risk-based approach to identifying, monitoring, measuring and reporting various types of Credit/operational and market risks and liaise with the related

- Hold responsibility for implementation of high standards of internal control and procedures in order to safeguard the institutions operations assets and data.

- Maintaining excellent quality of book with lowest delinquency
