We have an urgent job opening for a leading private sector bank.

Following are the details

Position: Zonal Credit Head for Mortgages (Madhya Pradesh)

Location Bhopal/ Indore

Experience: 10 - 20 years

Job responsibilities:

1. Leading a team of Zonal Credit Managers for Under Writing.

2. Managing the Credit processing of mortgages, ensuring quality decision making, documentation and maintain credit standards.

3. Facilitating in setting new credit hubs in the region.

4. Monitor CPC productivity, reduce TAT at all stages for Home Loans .

5. Regular interaction with the FI agency, Legal , Technical team , Risk Intelligence and Fraud Control team for timely reports.

6. Regular interaction with collections and Policy team – provide suggestion on market happenings

7. Business Supportive: Constantly visiting various Channel Partners, branches and look out for areas to improve business.
