Zonal Collections Manager - NBFC

- Achieve companywide collection targets by effective deployment and monitoring of the field collection and tele- collection teams for collecting Delinquencies of the Business loans in SME space for unsecured products across Mumbai.

- Developing and implementing segmented collection strategies and collection processes depending on bucket/area/product/customer behaviour etc.

- Designing and delivering insightful MIS on collections management along with loss projections

- Managing Outstanding principle Value of book and Maintaining Collection Efficiencies of PAR

- Building and managing an engaged collections team that takes pride in their work with highly motivational /Learning and R&R tools.

- Managing productivity of collections team and other collection costs to achieve cost efficiencies
