Zonal/Cluster Head

Reports to: COO

Overall Team size will span in excess of 50 people across all locations including Functional Heads (Sales, Activations, Finance, Marketing, & Programming)

Responsibilities :

1. Ensure that the topline and the bottom line targets of the Cluster are achieved

a. Ensure implementation of systems and procedures as formalized by corporate

b. Manage the regulatory environment and ensure timely escalation of issues pertaining to regulatory / human resources etc. to the corporate office

2. Continuously scan the markets for new opportunities and formulate strategies, explore new business avenues and new markets for radio

3. Plan pricing, costs and revenues for new markets

4. Develop entry strategy including format, pricing, market potential assessment, revenue projections etc.

Candidate Profile:

- Post Graduate Degree in Management from a Top 30 B school with 9 - 12 years in Sales and Marketing or Business development after post-graduation

- Should have led medium to large team sizes for at least 4-6 years in FMCG/Telecom, Consumer Durable, Retail, Media ( Print /Tv) Industry
