Zonal Business Manager - Telecom

Hiring Zonal Business Manager for a renowned telecom operator based at Coimbatore.

Job Profile :

- Responsible towards Zones business growth

- Responsible towards revenue growth.

- Handling end to end Profit and Loss of a particular zone

- Responsible for managing gross and net adds/total revenue through market and distribution planning, channel management, customer service delivery and brand initiative implementation.

- Ensuring smooth operations while identifying opportunities for cost control on an ongoing basis.

- Deliver overall Customer Market Share target for the zone

- Achieve targeted net adds for all products (voice - prepaid/postpaid, data, VAS etc) across all sales channels (Distribution, Retail, Direct, Enterprise, SME) in the zone

Desired Profile :

- Full time MBA from Premier Institute from 2004-2009 batch passed out.

- 7-12 years experience in sales and distribution from FMCG / FMCD.

- Profit and loss management

- Leadership and people management skills
