We are looking for a YOUNG and VIBRANT leader who can take the sales of the company forward with his business acumen.
Job Purpose :
To plan, monitor and ensure achievement of customer and revenue market share objectives set for zonal operations in by supervising/ influencing multiple teams to deliver operational excellence in customer service, channel management and market expansion.
1. Prepaid Sales and Distribution
2. Postpaid Sales and Distribution
3. Franchisee Management
4. Collections and Retention Management
5. Address Verification and Provisioning
6. Brand Management
7. P & L - Responsible for the P & L for the allocated ZONE.
8. Responsible for continuous growth in revenue and GR, to ensure, that the zone is constantly growing,
9. Identifying training needs and organizing them, for new joinees as well as for regular field and office employees.
10. Responsible for the complete bouquet of Business of the AREA.
