MBA (Preferably from Premier B School) with strong experience in distribution preferably FMCG, Consumer Durable, Telecom, Mobile Handset, Industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation & people management skills
Key Responsibilities :
- Achievement of sales target of acquisition, distribution & revenue from the assigned territory
- Improves sales process including reduction in SAC as per targets, ensure invoicing/recharge stocks/FOS norm and competition tracking of all activities
- Creates one Model Distribution set-up.
- Responsible for Distribution Management including number of towns covered directly and indirectly.
- Responsible for Distributor relationship and Return-on-Investment
- Maintains relationship with trade partners by conducting trade meeting at least once in two months.
- Manages all Active Retailers as per targets
- Maintains leadership share
- Ensures people development through Training & Value-addition to RSM's and FOS.
