- Responsible for driving revenue & profitability goals of a Region across all customer segments.
- Responsible for developing business opportunities across the range of products with the objective of achieving/exceeding revenue and profitability targets for the Region.
- Key deliverable would include developing long-term positive customer relationships, team development and coaching, distribution management and administration in the designated Region.
- The incumbent is expected to be self-driven with a proven track record demonstrating a balanced mix of strategic and tactical thinking with sound business acumen.
1) Sales/Revenue
- Achieve / exceed assigned sales targets & gross profit contribution for company solutions within the designated territory. Identify market development opportunities and increase unit growth, profitability and category share in the assigned territory. Build and nurture relationships with C suite and senior level customers.
2) Team Management
- Create and nurture a performance-driven winning team by strengthening the culture of result orientation, teamwork and trust. Actively work towards developing people by supporting them in their current assignments and grooming them for future responsibilities.
3) Channel Management Design an effective and efficient distribution model to ensure adequate product availability and customer service. Develop and nurture relationships with key distributors and support them in delivering customer satisfaction and loyalty.
