Qualification : B. Pharm or Science background, MBA is prefered
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing initiatives to expand customer base to achieve the zonal revenue targets.
- Ensuring brand messages are consistent as per the guidelines.
- Evaluating tie-ups, Promotional Activities and events in markets.
- Monitoring performance of promotional activities to ensure brand visibility and awareness in existing and new markets.
- Develop and lead a marketing team that will develop and execute new concepts & activities to position business as a market leader.
- Manage the zone marketing budget & analyze market & competition trends to find out gaps and opportunities.
- Handling a team for the effective functioning of branches
- Branch administration, distribution, channel management in multi channel environment,
- Dealer and distributor management, local marketing activities
- Directly responsible to deliver sales growth as per the organization's objectives
- Handle large turnover and therefore commercial skills and business acumen of high level is required
