- To handle entire Mumbai and must have experience in General Trade
- Developing the regional sales plans from the overall business strategy, targets and expenses budget and thereafter monitoring and analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
- Suggesting product packing for better results, monitoring product performance and reviewing market trends.
- Implementing trade promotions by planning various promotional activities, tracking and evaluating trade spending
- Planning manpower (ASM/SO) required in the assigned territory and monitoring their performance and impart training.
- Conducting monthly reviews, preparing required reports and taking corrective action.
- Preparing monthly sales plan along with sales schemes based on the annual plan(volume)
- Preparing sales forecast for the current month (Package and product mix).
- Forwarding sales plan and sales forecast given to ASM's.
- Collecting competitor pricing and send it to commercial department.
- Planning and budgeting various trade promotional activities. (Distributor and retailer).
- Ensuring collection of payments to eliminate out standings.
