- Responsible for overall management of Zone activities and maintains profitability of the Zone.
- Identifies potential areas/ product line for development and its implementation.
- Develops the chain of dealer, distributors & retailers.
- Achieves budgeted sales and collection targets.
- Initiates innovative relationship building activities to ensure Customer Relation & Retention.
- Responsible for MIS Generation for the region
- Interacts with Channel Partners & Distributors to drive numbers and performance review.
- Takes initiatives for cost reduction, revenue enhancement and business generation through activities like reduction in SAC to a reasonable level.
- Increases awareness about marketing, VAS, CRM, BSCS and IN to ensure self-development.
