Job Profile:

- Drive the overall business operations for the Zone- Includes majorly Maharashtra & Gujarat

- Drive the top line for the Zonal Operations as per the set targets by the Business Head

- Drive bottom line, working on improving the profit margins

- Maintain a healthy relationship with the already existing sources for procurement

- Assess and connect to better belts for sourcing for the West region to enhance both product quality and profit margins

- Plan and strategize farm collection centers in various regions across the West Zone

- Ensure 100% efficient and effective operations at the DC

- Ensuring daily documentation of inward and outward flow of goods

- Leading the Zonal operations towards achieving business targets

- Act as a key contributor to lead the category for the West Zone, in doing so he is expected to find better sources of procurement and optimizing the supply chain facility that help in increasing the growth.
