Zonal Business Head / Branch Head - Internet/ Online Property Portal
Responsibilities :
- You will be responsible for revenue generation and own the targets for the city / territory.
- You will be Leading a sales team of Zonal Managers, Area Sales Managers, Account Managers and would be responsible for achieving revenue goals.
- You will be responsible for creating / maintaining excellent relationships with clients and tailor make solutions to suit their business needs.
- You will need to collect and share regular feedback on market conditions, competition and other factors influencing sales.
- You will be responsible for developing team members and groom them for higher positions within the company.
- You will need to comply with the Sales process and mechanism of the company to ensure Business Professionalism & high levels of integrity.
Required Skills:
- We are looking at people who have worked in complex sales structures, relationship-based selling, and have experience in long-sales cycles. Along with an outstanding ability to analyze sales trends, spot opportunities and are excellent in execution / planning.
- We need someone who is aggressive and is an out of the box thinker.
- Should not be above 37 years of age.
- Should have handled a minimum team size of 30 -50 People.
- The right candidate should also demonstrate solid personal leadership & serve as a role model for his team.
- MBA from a premier institute would be an added advantage
