Job Description - Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Zonal Business Head (across all 4 zones) to lead the operations and drive business growth in a designated zone. The Zonal Business Head will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand the customer base, enhance partnerships with financial institutions, and achieve revenue targets within the assigned zone.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the customer base and increase market share through effective lead generation, acquisition, and conversion strategies.
- Partnership Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, ensuring alignment of goals and maximizing partnership value.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales and operations professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to achieve performance targets.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress towards goals, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, leveraging insights to inform decision-making.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, implementing effective risk management practices to safeguard the interests of the company and its stakeholders.
- Budget Management: Manage the budget for the assigned zone, optimizing resource allocation to maximize ROI and achieve financial targets.
- Customer Experience: Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring that products and services meet the needs and expectations of our target audience, and driving initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
