As a Zonal Business Head, you will be responsible for Revenues & Profit, Debt Management, Product Program & Profitability, Marketing Operations, Strategic Planning, Business Development through Direct and Indirect Channels.
What you will do:
- Leading and directing team to ensure that they achieve their Business Goals in accordance with Organizational Strategy (Portfolio Size, Quality, Revenues and Profit for the financial Year)
- Liaising with stake holders on the implementation of companys strategic and operational plans
- Expanding the companys footprint in the zone comprising of Maharashtra, Rajasthan, and Gujarat by venturing into new markets with existing and new product suites that caters to the defined customer segment
- Supporting the overall process of management and corporate decision making to ensure the organization maximizes its short, medium and long term profitability and shareholder returns
- Evolving through innovation based on the changing market realities and managing internal and external stakeholders to help achieve the goals
- Leading, growing and mentoring an enthusiastic team of high potential professionals and building future leaders
- Analyzing the progress of revenue-generation engines and making course corrections as required
- Managing and growing the customer Life time Value through relationships and enhanced customer satisfaction
- Managing revenue streams through Up selling & Cross selingl products like Insurance
- Organization development and preparing the team for extended roles that are necessary as we become a Lender of Choice across the country (for Small Businesses)
- Maintaining and developing organizational culture, values and reputation in our markets and with all our internal & external customers
- Building additional competencies & skills sets in line with market requirements and future growth potential
- Portfolio management along with the risk team to identify areas of stress and undertaking preventive and corrective measures
- Tracking cost lines - Salary, Incentives, LOC, cost for loan onboarding
- Ensuring efficient and effective marketing, advertising and promotional planning through the marketing department
- Building affinity tie ups with other leading players and enhancing the enterprise value
