1. Responsible for profitable Business growth of the Region.
2. Be the first point of escalation for decision making.
3. Responsible for achieving the overall sales target of the region with a desired product mix as per plan.
4. Develop and maintain business origination channels in the region.
5. Achieve business plan within budgeted cost of acquisition & yield.
6. Generate insurance & fee income as per plan.
7. Responsible for overall recovery and collection targets for the region.
8. Responsible to drive deposit mobilization as per plan for the region.
9. Ensure adherence to procedures and processes and ensure quality in Loan disbursement in the region.
10. Drive business hygiene vectors to reduce audit observations and ensure timely resolution of audit queries.
11. Manage and develop motivated cross functional teams at region.
12. Overall responsibility for HUB & Branches at region - including admin/infrastructure/security and compliance related factors.
13. Ensure overall operational health and hygiene of the Region.
14. Ensure to build developer relationship.
Candidate's Profile :
- 10+ years work experience in handling mortgages, home loans for the entire zone in a business leadership role
- Preference from any HFC, NBFC, Retail Banks where hands on experience in mortgages
- Experience in handling fixed deposits and supporting Collections teams will be a must to have as a skill in the candidate
- MBA/ CA as qualification will be good
