Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for achieving business targets assigned to his zone.
- Overall responsibility of business planning, business process management and execution of marketing and communication activity.
- Should assist all support functions in creating superior End-to-end customer experience.
- Overall responsibility of making sure that all the processes defined are being adhered to in the branches allocated to him.
- Overall responsibility of expansion in the allocated geography. Perform market research to study consumer behaviour, latest trends and competitor activity.
- Should be able to handle operations, sales, administration of the entire Zone and should have a strong grounds on experience of the entire geography.
- Overall responsibility of building a professional team, Nurturing the talents / Evaluate team performance and build up individual development plans. Supervise and guide the team to maximize revenue and ensure no overdue payments.
- Ensure Productivity at desired level and branch business targets in the assigned Zones.
- Ensure On time & 100% collections at the branches in the assigned zone.
- Ensure that all employees in the state are trained as per the training schedule from time to time.
- Ensure that the branches are adequately staffed as per approved manpower plan for smooth functioning of branch. Reduce the attrition rate of the respective zone
Educational Qualification: Any graduate/post - graduate with strong experience with NBFC- MFI/ BC Model.
Relevant Experience:
- Candidate must have 12-15+ years of experience in Sales & Business Operations in Retail Loans/JLG Loans (Microfinance) and in his/her present role must be managing a large customer base, loan portfolio & territory.
- Candidates who are natives or have extensive experience at field level and a good understanding of local dynamics with fluency in local language are preferable.
