Zonal Branch Efficiency Manager - Bank

Hiring for one of my banking client for the role "Zonal Branch Efficiency Manager "based out in Naman Centre (BKC)/Mumbai.

Role:

- Ensure teams are on boarded & trained to enable customer engagement on CRM

- Drive Cross- sell of Asset products via the branch network.

- Increase product penetration through Digital & Straight Through Process journeys.

- Drive centralized customer campaigns.

- Responsible for Product and process level improvement to improve efficiency.

- Liaison with various stakeholders across the bank to build efficiency within the network.

- Review new & existing processes, systems & resources, thereby suggesting changes to organizational infrastructure & working.

- Ensure strategic imperatives across processes are met - in lines of process redesign, automation, workforce optimization & governance.

- Enable capability building & strategize developmental initiatives across the entire gamut of Branch Banking.

- Ensure balance between short term improvements & long term value creation, while enabling consistent communications.

- Productivity enhancement, including devising strategies towards cross sale of bank products to the relevant client base.

Required expertise: MS Office, Good communication skills, hard-working, keen eye for details

Educational qualification: Any post graduation (full time)
