- This position is responsible for end-to-end development of channel for select region. This involves identifying new distributors and new channels like digital, flagship, TaaS, etc. alongside traditional channels as per predefined guidelines and manage sales & revenue growth.
- Execute Channel/ Sub Channel Development strategies for the region in line with the overall strategy
- Evaluate and monitor channel development initiatives to drive continuous improvement, efficiency and effectiveness for dealer, customer and company.
- Increase the reach of AM sales in the region through identifying new distributors and other partners.
- Review distributor locations based on the population strategy and identify new locations in the region.
- Manage new distributor onboarding and ensure ramp-up of new distributors in the region to expected potential as per defined timelines.
- De-bottleneck issues as and when they arise in the region
- Coordinate handover of distributors to Sales team
- Preferable industries- automotive, batteries, lubricants and paints
- Current/preferred location to be Mumbai, Maharashtra
