Zonal Acquisition Head
- Responsible for the overall P&L performance of the Region. Oversight for Business Target achievement, Operations, Customer Relationship, Portfolio Quality, and Audit & Compliance, HR Process adherence, hiring, engagement and Talent Management within the region.
- Responsible for achieving the Business Objectives of the Sales Team and meet the Value, Volume and channel Productivity targets as allocated
- Driving the growth of CASA in line with Corporate Budgets allocated
- Provide guidance and direction to his/her team and facilitate prospect generation in order to help them effectively manage their individual targets.
- Responsible for leading a large Sales Channel comprising of Regional Head, Cluster Head, Team Leaders and Sales Executives and ensuring Recruitment, Training, Retention and Mentoring of Sales teams
