Zonal Accounts Head - Liquor - North & South

Job Responsibilities -

Responsible for zonal activities that includes:-

i. Preparation of sales budget- a part of company's budget, getting the credit limit fixed for various distributors for the zones, overhead budget.

ii. Sales accounting including monitoring of receivables with in the credit limits & finalization of Zonal Trial balance.

iii. Settlement of sales schemes, Generation Vs Spent (Control over Budget Vs Expense) for promotional expenses.

iv. Responsible for Depot operations, filling of monthly sales tax Returns etc.

v. Reconciliation of inter- zonal balances. Preparation of all India Debtors outstanding, reconciling the same with sales personnel after accounting & settlement for scheme credit notes. The said statement is prepared for circulation to sales & management committee separately.

vi. Preparation of various volume reports on the weekly and monthly basis.
