About our Client - Our client is a US-based multinational which is an industry leader in the segment of FMCG with a strong global presence. Strong regional growth has now resulted in a need for South Zonal Accountant role for the Indian operations to streamline and drive finance strategy to support their aggressive growth plans in the Indian market.

Job Description - As a South Zonal Accountant you will be handling a team of two finance professionals while reporting into the regional finance controller. You will be responsible for :

- Leading all finance functions while managing the sales accounting function and leading the key sales orders.

- Managing Collections while estimating, accounting and controlling discounts and Brand Investment for the Zone Responsible for Overhead accounting for the zone.

- Leading the procurement and providing FP&A support to the Zonal Sales Head.Creating the pricing master state wise and ensuring that the same is cleared as per the DOA every year.

- Managing the Bank Account of the Zone while conduiting between the Zonal Sales team and Head office from a Controls & Compliance perspective and lead the Controls environment for the Zones.

- Leading all the Indirect Tax initiatives at the Zonal level while building the budgets for the Zones and monitoring performances against the same.

The Successful Candidate - As a successful applicant you MUST be an MBA - Finance or CA - inter with AT LEAST 4-6 years experience in a similar role. You MUST have experience in managing teams while liaising with the sales functions of the organization. FMCG/ Beverages background preferred.
