If you are one of those who understand the importance of diligence, especially when it comes to matters related to law, money and data, we might be looking for you.  Responsibilities:  Processing salary as per the norms and Statutory Compliance, for more than 2000 employees globally  Approval of salary from concerned authority.  Preparing inputs for payroll processing salary i.e. attendance and preparing new joinees- salary structure and salary revisions for existing employees.  Compute arrears of salaries and refund as and when paid.  Ensure deductions of all relevant amounts and as per applicable statutory laws.  Provide detailed reports for accounting, payment/ bank transfer advice and accrual as per the requirements, along with coordinating with bank for salary Transfer.  TDS calculation.  Documentation for disbursement of salary and acknowledgement.  Preparing MIS reports daily & monthly basis  Solving employees- salary, leave & bonus related queries over email and phone.  Full and final settlement of the direct as well as contractual employees.  Maintain employee data  Managing necessary documents related to Statutory compliance, as per Law.   Requirements:  - 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience, with sound knowledge & exposure of payroll processing.  - Must have knowledge of tax laws and statutory regulations applicable in India and preferably for other countries as well.  - Should be good with advanced Excel (mandatory).  - Ability to work in a highly charged environment without compromising on quality.  - High ethical standards.  - Good team player and ability to perform under extreme stressful situations.
