Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Hires and trains MIS staff.
- Organizes and oversees the schedules of MIS staff.
- Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Schedules and produces periodic reports regarding MIS performance.
- Handles the Companies HR IS Software
- Collaborates with other departments & prepares reports on daily, weekly, monthly basis .
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Thorough understanding of any HRMS , HRIS , BI Reporting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Organized with attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of various computer operating systems and interfaces.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Operations Management, Information Security, Computer Programming, or related field required.
- Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in HR , Information Technology highly desired.
- At least five years of MIS experience, with at least two years in a supervisory role, required.
