HR Operations - Manager
Role and Responsibilities :
- Forming and maintaining employee records
- Updating databases internally. Like - Attendance tracker, asset management tracker
- Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries
- Would take care of asset and device management
- Take care of bio metric process - Giving and deleting access
- Issue Employment Agreement
- Taking induction for new joiners
- Take care of exit formalities
- Organizing office events
- Co-ordinating with central HR Ops Team
Key Requirements :
- Person should have relevant work experience
- Person should be diligent, smart and diplomatic
- Should have good communication skills, must know the local language
- Should have basic excel knowledge
