We are at a team size of 1500+. Serving approximately 60,000-70,000 customers daily as we speak, we have aggressive growth plans of catering to around 200,000 by the year-end. About the Role / Responsibilities :
- We are seeking an exceptionally talented Digital Marketing professional with responsibility to conceptualize and execute digital performance marketing initiatives .
- A Management graduate with 5 -10 years of hands-on experience in advertising, Digital and social media agency. Should have managed Consumer Brands, Service brands, Fashion & Lifestyle, Youth Brands etc.
- A good understanding of social media platforms and mediums, has an unorthodox in approach, have out of the box thinking, go-getter, committed to deadlines.
- You will flex both your analytical skills and your creative muscles. You should be demonstrating your ability to appropriately use one to inform the other.
- You will be responsible for effective measurement of digital and performance marketing initiatives.
- You should be comfortable working with complex challenges, and understand the value of rapid test and learn approaches. Open to a start-up culture, excited about getting in early and rolling up their sleeves to help shape customers' experience of discovering and enjoying our entertainment solutions.
Expectations from role/ KPI :
- Experience in developing and executing brand marketing campaigns
- Brand buzz and campaign management, Social Media Conversations & ORM, SEO and Traffic Manage internal, agency and other external relationships to run campaigns across wide array of digital channels, networks and mediums, reaching maximum current and potential customers
- Stay abreast of new tools, trends, and best practices in digital advertising; test and evaluate their efficacy in improving scale or effectiveness of marketing efforts
- Present high quality documents to leadership, Reports, calendar and budget management
- Work effectively in a deadline-driven work environment, where multitasking while maintaining quality and attention to detail are the norm
- Deliver results with strong bias for action in an ambiguous environment
- Strong understanding of metrics and quantitative analysis, and ability to turn analysis into actionable programs.
- Be able to bridge data analysis, research, competitive intelligence to build efficient and scalable customer acquisition programs.
