Roles and Responsibilities:
The Key Account Manager has to maintain and develop existing accounts as well as acquisition of new accounts. His/her duties will be independent planning and executing of Client metrics including reporting & upselling as & when required to increase the revenue on a regular basis. They should also ensure that the key clients are satisfied with the services provided, identifying new business opportunities for key clients, and attending all meetings, conventions and training workshops.
Key Responsibilities will be as follows:
- Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.
- Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
- Achieving the monthly NPS scores
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet.
- Helps gain competitive advantage in the marketplace by being:
- Relationship Leader: Successful KAM's are also relationship leaders who create and strengthen relationships while also helping to defend against competitor intrusions.
- Visionary: Also known as innovators, visionaries must articulate what changes the company can create for clients and the value that can be co-created with clients.
- Collaborator: are internal team builders that create bridges of trust and help to involve the right people at the right time to produce the most favorable outcome.
- Technical Expert: helps technical buyers understand new ideas by facilitating deep-dive solution discussions.
- Project Manager: is organizing the process of capturing revenue from the account by getting the necessary resources in place, formulating an account plan alongside tracking actions and their outcomes.
Education & Experience:
Minimum of 10 - 15 years of Key Account Management in the Hotel / Hospitatlity Industry
Should be an MBA in Sales / Marketing
Should be willing to work out of Pune / Coimbatore
