Industrial Housing Head

- Onboard new properties across India

- Ensure that the P& L for these regions are positive and meeting organisation norms on a quarter by quarter basis

- Ensure the smooth running of accommodation facilities, including the safety and well being of guests, tenants and residents

- Control budgets and finances, manage stock levels and order supplies

- Liaise with other departments within the organisation,

- Liaise with external agencies in an appropriate manner to run the properties in an effective way arrange repairs and maintenance of the facilities in a timely manner inspect the accommodation to ensure that hygiene and health and safety regulations are met, carrying out risk assessments as necessary

- Supervise the work of cleaning staff and ensure standards are maintained make sure adequate security for the building is provided get involved in the building and refurbishment of residential accommodation.
