About the Role / Responsibilities:
The role of the - Growth Manager- would encompass the following :
- Understand Zolo's business model and be able to articulate the same during meetings with potential vendors and partners
- Plan and prioritise their activities during the day and be strategic in thinking to be able
- Build a rapport with the current builder / owner partners and generate referrals for other leads
- Be diligent about data recording, reporting and management
- Guide, mentor and train the new team members and help them in achieving their targets
- Experiment with new products based on market understanding, present on management and draw plans for a nationwide scale
Skills:
- Sharp, analytical and thoughtful
- Ability to build a rapport with new acquaintances
Desired Experience / Background:
- Prior Experience- : Candidates with 3-5 years of experience in Business Development/Sales
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS :
Role: Growth Manager
- Languages- : English is mandatory and fluency in local language is a plus
- Two Wheeler ownership with a valid license
