Job Description :

1) To Onboard RTMI (Ready to Move-In) properties

2) Maintain a healthy funnel of Leads (Properties) aiding the Growth plan

3) Successive Onboarding of the Asset partner(owners) via various contracts via coordination with both internal and external stakeholders

4) Negotiations from time to time depending on the business decisions made across time and successive Modification in contracts via addendum.

5) Relationship Management with Asset partners

6) Guide/coach a team of associates to achieving the above deliverable

7) Aiding Asset partner and resolving any transaction queries
