Roles and Responsibilities
- Drafting lease deeds and leave and license agreements for all Zolo partnerships across cities.
- Drafting / vetting / perusing / modifying various property documents such as Agreement of Sale, -Conveyance
- Deed, Development Agreement, Leave & License, Lease Deed, Letter of Intent, Memorandum Of Understanding,
- Power of Attorney, Memorandum of Entry and Declaration Cum Confirmations, Indenture of Mortgage.
- Providing inputs and advising on various laws and regulations. Critical analysis of applicable change in law and consequent risk assessment and impact thereof on Zolo's businesses.
- Revision of documents from time to time and getting it approved from Top Management.
- Attending litigation matters and liaising with external lawyers / counsels as per requirements.
- Analyzing legal issues relating to proposed products.
- Representing the corporation before administrative boards and court trials.
- Preparing lease deed draft, sending the filled in -Lease Deed draft as per signed LOI leasing department.
