Roles and Responsibilities:Handle a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Conduct research on various industries / sub-industries in India and abroad in areas of strategic importance. This includes studying international peers and competition.
- Conducting market research and due diligence on companies/start-ups by using their products/services with the assistance of internal business teams.
- Developing business presentations, research reports, and internal/external investment proposals.
- Monitoring the competitive landscape through regular contact with customers, competitors, etc.
- Work cross-functionally to analyze opportunities, structure problems, and develop solutions & recommendations, and results based on rigorous data-driven processes.
- Identify areas within the business in which to drive performance improvements to boost productivity and accelerate execution.
- Manage cross-functional projects of high importance.
- To influence outcomes, build and maintain relationships across all departments and functions.
- Work with the CXO Team to develop presentations for important meetings with the board, investors, strategic partners, etc.
- Prepare and report all performance parameters for the business including financials, management accounts, performance analysis, budgets, and other functional parameters.
- Continually assess business risks based on internal and external factors and evolve success strategies.
Desired Experience / Background:- Experience Range: 2 to 6 years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Program Management or General Management
Qualification: Full-Time MBA (IIM/ISB/FMS/XLRI/Other top-tier institutes), BE/B.Tech from Top 10 Engineering institutes (IIT/Other top-tier institutes)
