We, at Zolo (www.zolostays.com), are looking for a Senior Manager-Marketing Communication and Branding who is passionate about brand-building from scratch, design thinking, innovative marketing campaigns and enjoys cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. The ideal candidate comes with 7-10 years of experience in branding, marketing, and related domains. Our managed living solutions are looking to elevate the traditional paying guest accommodations/hostels, and offer a beautiful living experience. Roles and Responsibilities - Managing Brand P&amp;L, Brand Communication &amp; Strategy, Media Planning and Category Management - Strategizing &amp; driving projects that directly influence the Zolo Stays Brand and Customer Experience - Ensuring seamless brand positioning and communications across digital assets of the brand (website, app, social media platforms) and the offline assets of the brand (property branding) - Directing digital marketing (SEM, SEO, Retargeting, Affiliate) strategies for App &amp; Website growth - Formulating annual/quarterly Marketing Plan, analyzing variances &amp; initiating corrective action and successfully achieve KPIs - Marketing Roadmap: Defining monthly &amp; quarterly plans for the brand across online and offline channels pan India - Identifying creative/digital agency/media partners and work with the in-house design team for preparing marketing collaterals for all media channels - Digital, Email, Offline, etc. - Planning, implementation, and execution of all the digital and offline customer acquisition, retention, and brand building initiatives.
