We, at Zolo, are looking for a dynamic and a result-oriented Head of Online Marketing who comes with 7-10 years of core and well-rounded experience in digital marketing. The candidate would spearhead the entire gamut of digital marketing activities at Zolo and would work cross-functionally with engineering, analytics, product management, operations, and marketing to design and execute strategies for 10x-100x growth. Zolo is a Nexus funded, post-series A company which provides fully managed co-living spaces. We are currently present in Bangalore, Pune, Kota, Delhi, and Chennai and fast expanding to other geographies. Founded by alumni of IIM, IIT, AIIMS, ISB, we are at a team size of 250+. Our managed living solutions are looking to elevate the traditional paying guest accommodations/service apartments/hostels, and offer all kinds of basic and luxury living amenities and with a promise of high quality. Some of the prominent features include fully furnished rooms, hygienic and healthy food, daily housekeeping, internet facilities, security etc. The aim is to provide a completely hassle-free living experience to working professionals, students etc. We are now looking to increase our portfolio of products as well as tap into the potential of at least 3 more emerging cities by year-end. What is the role? The primary role is to spearhead all digital marketing initiatives leading to the requisite demand generation and revenue growth - Develop the online go-to-market plan, own the online marketing budget and decide on the optimum spend allocation across regions and channels - Understand P&amp;L and levers of profitability and hence constantly aim for driving efficiency and profitable consumer acquisition across all marketing channels and initiatives - Monitor performance of each marketing channel; identify and implement opportunities for improvement; test into new marketing channels - scale them if performance is in line with targets - Build huge people network/ increase the traffic or fans on social media profile pages. Implement SEO and SEM strategies to drive incoming traffic &amp; leads - Analyze consumer cohorts, study conversion funnels and detail out consumer journey to identify next set of opportunities for hyper growth - Map data to business needs and draw actionable insights to chalk out plans for pushing revenues and utilization in line with the planned new cities launch and expansion - Provide thought leadership and guidance to the internal team. An in-depth understanding of the digital marketplace and/or agency background with at least seven (7) years of experience in digital marketing 2. Tier-1 MBA College with excellent academic scores 3. Prior experience of working with external &amp; internal Stakeholders and managing a team 4. The candidate should be a proficient digital marketer and understand the fundamentals of various digital channels like Displays, SEMs, Retargeting, Social, Emails, PNs, SEO which are used to drive acquisition and retention 5.
