We, at Zolo (<a href="www.zolostays.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">www.zolostays.com</a>), are looking for a Head of Marketing who can lead the overall marketing strategy, consumer initiatives, brand planning and budget management for Zolo across all geographies. The ideal candidate has 8-10 years of experience in marketing and comes&nbsp;from a FMCG / aggressively growing consumer goods company. Short exposure to digital marketing is a must for the position. The position would involve working very closely with the senior management team at Zolo - COO, CEO and other CXOs. Our managed living solutions are looking to elevate the traditional paying guest accommodations/hostels, and offer beautiful living experience. We are now looking to increase our portfolio of products as well as tap into multiple cities in next few months. More about the role responsibilities: 1. Define, plan and execute the overall marketing strategy for Zolo a. Define weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual marketing plans and metrics so that the organisation can work backwards and achieve the revenue targets b. Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers c. Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels. d. Conceptualise and develop new concepts for Brand Communication and communication to drive relevance and awareness of the brand. e. Analyse data and market insights and follow trends to create animations to drive business f. Collaborate with other departments (sales, operations, tech etc.) and partner with agencies/ production houses to build broader campaigns g. Lead the roll-out of strong PR and Media Campaigns with focus on influencers program More about the role requirements: 1. Prior : - Candidates with 7-10 years of marketing and sales experience in consumer goods companies would be strongly preferred 2. Prior Digital Marketing experience (at least 2 years) is a must 3. Educational Background: Tier I MBA institutes would be given strong preference 4.
