Business Head - North  We, at Zolo (www.zolostays.com), are looking for an aggressive Business Head - North to help us fuel the supply and demand growth for our cities in North India - Delhi NCR, Kota and Chandigarh.  Our ideal candidate comes with 5-8 years of diverse experience in multiple domains. He/She is expected to understand business in entirety and align Sales, Finance and Operations - all in a single direction and would work very closely with the CEO and CBO to accelerate regular as well as transformational projects for Zolo's operations in the North. Currently present in Bangalore, Pune, Delhi, Kota and Chennai, we operate similar to service apartments/hostels. Our accommodations come with a guarantee of all kinds of basic and luxury living amenities. Some of the prominent features include fully furnished rooms, hygienic and healthy food, on-demand housekeeping, unlimited internet, top-notch security etc. We are now looking to increase our portfolio of products as well as tap into the potential of at least 3 more emerging cities by year end.  More about the role responsibilities:  1. P&L Ownership of Multi-Cities: - As the name suggests, the Business Head would be responsible the P&L of  North for Zolo. This would include evaluating the economic and strategic costs and benefits of projects, setting the right targets, leading the execution process from a top down approach and reviewing business performance periodically.  2. Setting up & Executing Processes : - One of the core responsibilities would be setting up the right processes and ensuring their execution to achieve the targets  3. Team Building & Management: - Considering we have capital, targets and processes, next in line would be people who can run the show for us - expanding the current team, setting the performance metrics and driving efficiency would be another important KPI  4. Analysis and Reporting: - As an extension of process setting, a lot of focus would be expected on data recording, maintenance and analysis as most of the decisions would be data backed  More about the role requirements:  1. Prior Experience: - Candidates with 5-8 years of experience- in Operations/Supply Chain/Logistics/General Management etc can apply.  2. Prior Consulting/PMO Experience: - Prior Project Management/ Consulting experience (at least 2 years) preferably in the tier-I/big 4 consulting firms would be strongly preferred  3. Educational Background: Tier I Engineering/MBA institutes would be given strong preference  4. Complete fluency in English is a must  5.
