Zohort is looking for energetic Sales Development Representatives for a leading SaaS company in India. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing impactful relationships with inbound prospects as well as generate a pipeline on your own.
Job Description: Business Development Representative (BDR)
With the huge growth in the SaaS ecosystem in India, there is a dire need of people who can execute go-to-market strategies at a global level. SDRs are at the front line of sales for SaaS companies who do the market research, qualify leads, give demos and even generate a sales pipeline.
Requirements:
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Good communication skills and ability to listen to the customer and their requirements
- Never say die attitude and a strong desire to succeed
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
Responsibilities :
- Contact potential clients through cold calls, cold emails, social messaging to generate demos
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
- Manage a database of leads in CRM, efficiently processing all opportunities, tracking, reporting and maintaining them until they are established in the sales pipeline
- Your mission will be to apply pipeline generation skills to identify and acquire new opportunities in Small and emerging, medium-sized, and large enterprises to help grow and develop our presence
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Sales managers
- Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales development targets
- Report to the Sales Development Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
