ZL - Head - Inside Sales
- Create and head the global Inside Sales team, based in India.
- Developing and managing sales cycle from identifying lead to sales closure.
- Develop the overall strategy for Inside Sales.
- Primary responsibility is selling complex data management software and services to leading large enterprise organizations internationally.
- Generate prospects via different channels for the various services offered by us.
- Developing new business and new geographies in US & ROW.
- Hire new sales team members, and train, motivate, and advise to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop a world-class Inside Sales team by mentoring, counselling and coaching team, reviewing, disciplining, planning, monitoring and appraising results.
Desired Profile :
- 10+ years of experience in Sales with exposure to tech/software in US/ROW.
- Experience of managing sales team and P&L.
- Should be an individual contributor and sales team manager.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, verbal and written communications skills.
- Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Should be a Go-Getter with a positive attitude
