Analyzing the new installs performance based on acquisition channel cohort, day/week/month cohort level  - App uninstall tracking and improvement - Tracking uninstall pattern by acquisition cohort, event performed,  - App Engagement - Sharp and triggered Push based on user behavior (bounced, cart abandon, purchase), purchase history (category affinity, price affinity) and profile attributes. A/B tests to boost Push and In-app CTRs. Growing the MAU and DAU numbers, time spend, pages viewed.   - Revenue growth - Tracking revenue by new/repeat, monthly cohorts, registered/non-registered, discount/non-discounted to gain insights. Based on same running app campaigns and programs.  - Planning the customer journey, customer lifecycle, understanding customer behavior and executing campaigns/engagement programs to improve retention   - Understand different customer cohorts (new vs. repeat, broken down by source, locations, offers vs. non-offers, categories they buy etc. ) and behavior across platforms (especially App)  Desired Skills and Experience  - Candidates with 3-7 years of CRM/Retention/App Marketing experience, from Tier 1 institute, preferably MBA  - In-depth knowledge of app analytics, attribution, deeplinking and ASO tools like - Localytics, Apsalar, Appsflyer, Branch.io, Appannie, Sensor tower  - Familiarity with data analysis tools, Segmentation & clustering techniques, regression & Multivariate analysis, excel intermediate - pivots, charts, graphs, macros  - Proven record of taking ownership of initiatives and projects  - Experience working in a fast growing, ambiguous and constantly changing environment  - Ability to set a vision and proven experience of execution.  - You are willing to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty  Our Promise to you:  - We will value self-awareness, intellectual honesty, judgement, empathy and positive energy over years of experience  - We aren't afraid to try new things in the name of supporting workplace happiness  - We are always excited to hear from you
