Roles & Responsibilities
- To source for the Lateral and Leadership open positions (across both Corporate retails store) through various sourcing channels such as internal referral programs, social media, company's webpage, online recruitment, and recruitment consultants.
- Management of Hiring managers & external stakeholders
- Responsible for Forecasting, Budgeting, Manpower Planning and Recruitment processes in HO and Regions
- Regular Market mapping for Niche and Critical roles to build passive pipeline and bench strength for high attrition roles
- Monitoring the on boarding and induction to the new joiners.
- Ability to build and maintain effective cross-functional working relationships at all levels
- Knowledge of recruitment processes, organization structures, budgeting and manpower planning.
- The incumbent will be required to create and manage live dashboards for all the positions for management reporting and decision making
- Broad understanding of HR procedures and ability to implement the same
Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high quality of work.
Skills & Experience required
- At least 6-8 years' experience in Talent Acquisition
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Experience in establishing relations across relevant stakeholder groups such as Line managers and business leaders.
- Curiosity and looking for new / innovative solutions to issues
