Zivame - Manager/Senior Manager - Strategy

Roles & Responsibilities

- The Strategy role at Zivame is an Individual Contributor position that reports to the CEO and works closely with all functions to achieve the functions objectives

- Closely work with the CEO, architect and lead key strategic and cross functional projects with specific deliverables

- Build out the future roadmap of Zivame and identify opportunity areas and gaps

- Lead the strategic planning and tracking process - Understand and shape the company's strategy and mission

- Champion/Lead key strategic initiatives across functions e.g. Demand side, consumer experience, supply chain

- Drive rigorous decision making and program manage critical initiatives.

- Proactively identify gaps in existing systems and processes and collaborate with functional leaders to fix them

Skills & Experience required

- Keen to learn, highly creative and unique in your approach to implementing strategies

- Willingness to roll up sleeves and get your hands dirty

- Experience in working in a fast growing, ambiguous and constantly changing environment

- Ability to set a vision and proven experience of execution

- A Masters degree in Business Administration, General Management, or related masters degree (e.g. MBA) ideally with a relevant postgraduate qualification and professional certification

- An experience of working in a consulting role for 2-3 years. Beyond this, a Corporate Strategy role experience will be an added advantage, but not mandatory
