ZipLoan - Senior Manager - Corporate Finance

- Formulate & Capture all key processes and all key drivers & metrics in a process for granular understanding of business

- Setup and maintain business data base with exhaustive coverage of all important business aspects of NBFC

- Manage Lender & Investor queries

- Work with different functions to automate data recording

- Assist different functions in setting up functional reporting

- Benchmark/Compare function specific and business metrics with leaders / peers / industry average

- Devise strategic objectives for business & individual functions / teams

- Implement & Lead Projects of strategic importance

- Proficient in business & financial analysis

- Good understanding of NBFC/Banking business models

- Experience of working with diverse teams and leading projects involving different teams

- Automation of key treasury summaries like debt raised, outstanding debt, rating limits, security cover, cost of funds, scheduled cash flows

- Handling all lender concerns on active loans

- Handling of closure and post closure formalities

- Proficient in Excel / Word / Powerpoint

- Manage relationship with existing investors - Queries, Regular business updates, internal follow up and assisting in execution of Key Action items

- Advanced Financial modelling

- 4-5 Years of Experience in NBFC/Bank/Big 4/Business Consulting

- Educational Qualification - B.Tech / MBA from Tier I / Tier II
