Job Description :

- Achieve monthly / quarterly & Annual sales targets and grow the business as per the objectives set.

- Leading the team towards high productivity by ensuring maximum lead conversions

- Ensure high levels of customer experience and quality of delivery.

- To maintain discipline on the floor & ensure hygiene in business.

- Training & Development of the entire team on Sales Pitch & monitoring & tracking of call details made by QA.

- Leading the Top - Up Calling and Conversion

- Leading the Referral Program through Customer Calling

- Sharp Focus on making customer journey simpler to ensure maximum conversion and consistently reduce frictions

- Build a positive business environment and team motivation and ensure a stable team.

- Working Closely with Marketing team to give feedback on quality of leads and improve customer targeting

- Working closely with Credit team to ensure team understands the Policies well and conduct regular training for updating team on documents required etc.

- Coordination with Product & Tech team for consistently adding Features which can improve Team Efficiency.

- Build a strategic roadmap for the success of the team by defining milestones and align them with organization goals

Job Specifications :

- 7-10 years of experience in digital sales, telesales & team management.

- Strategic & Analytical Mindset

- Exceptional leadership skills to create high performing team and keep them motivated.

- Customer Orientation

- Out of the box thinking.

- Minimum 5 Years of experience with Banks / NBFCs/ Loan marketplaces

- Prior experience in Unsecured Business Loans would be preferred.
