ZipLoan - Manager/Senior Manager - Treasury

CTC - 12-15 Lcas

Key Responsibilities :

- Fund raising, Investment pitch and Debt Raising.

- Provide information and manage relations with Rating agency for rating exercise and annual surveillance

- Ensure smooth flow of operations in co-lending

- Short term liquidity and long-term cash flow management

- Lender relationship management with global DFIs, Domestic Banks & NBFCs

- Managing end to end lender reporting and covenant compliance.

- Working experience of dealing in Term Loans, NCDs, Securitization

- Review and commercial analysis of debt proposals.

- Handling all lender concerns on active loans.

- Responsible for all content, queries, meetings, and post meeting company material for Debt Raising.

- Communicate, engage, and interact with Board of Directors, CEO and Leadership Team.

- Create and establish yearly financial objectives that align with the company's plan for growth and expansion.

- Select and engage consultants, auditors, and investors.

- Serve as a key member of leadership team and be a key driver the key initiatives to help organization to achieve strategic goals.

- Coordinate with Equity Investors, ensure smooth flow of Due Diligence process.

- Review and commercial analysis of debt proposals.

- Arranging meetings with prospective domestic and overseas lenders in advance of event and creating future debt pipeline.
