Job Responsibility :
1. Managing Entire Employee Life Cycle of Assigned Division
2. Responsible & accountable to managing HR Connect & deliveries for assigned Business Divisions & Branch.
3. Expertise in handling and networking with team of Field Sales, Branch Sales, Counter Sales, collection & recovery, Finance & Account, CA & CS, etc
1. Handling Entire Employee Life Cycle of Assigned Division from entry to exit.
2. Accountable for on time execution of assigned HR role & responsibility.
3. Understanding Dept. need and identifying the HR contributions and initiatives
4. Reporting to Head HR - Daily update of Task planned and closed for a Day
5. Generating summary report of Headcount ( Monthly )
6. Maintaining proper HRIS & Employee Database on monthly basis as required.
7. Daily EOD status to Recruiter of selection & rejection list with keyword & DO NOT DO.
8. Application of Recruitment Matrix to measure hiring effectiveness.
9. Designing and Drafting JD, JS & KRA with TL/ Imm. Sup
10. Planning & Executing smooth Joining Formalities & Induction training program
11. Sending Welcome Mail, Assigning Buddy & regular follow-up with feedback
12. Monthly/ Quarterly performance review as per productivity guideline of position holder.
13. Keeping eye on Performance Highlight, Appreciate and Alert
14. Coordinating for Employee Engagement for floor wise & festive celbration
15. SPOC for ER Employee Life Cycle, Leaves, Attendance, loan, grievance, Job clarity,
16. Performance, Promotion & Shuffling, letters issue, exists, etc.
17. Coordination & Closing Exist Handover & FNF settlement
18. Maintaining Discipline & Decorum as per company Policy
19. Conducting Meeting with employees, line Manage & Head HR
20. Cooperating for Talent Development
21. Coordinating for Talent Management Appraisal cycle, R&R
22. Create Input sheet for salary Working & Send to Admin
23. Attendance check of respective team for salary & providing inputs to Admin hR
24. Sales Target based Input followup with RM for salary release and HOLD.
25. Salary Account Opening Follow-up with Admin HR & Closing before salary disbursement
26. Asset Management Requisition raise, Coordination, arrange & tracking
27. Daily TO DO & EOD for task completion to Head HR
28. HR ROUND & STRONG FOLLOWUP FOR HR CONNECT & ONTIME COMMUNICATION
Required Candidate profile :
- Preferred industry is BFSI/ NBFC/Product Based Comapny.
- Have Worked for Small scale or Startup will also work
- Have Had Managed the team of 200 + headcount
- Good HR Functional knowledge
- Aggressive, Quick, proactive, multitasking, smart in approaching
- Problem Solving skill & Self motivated
- Go getter Attitude and flexible to mold as per industry.
- Good Communication Skill and learning ability
- Must be from near by for ease transportation.
