ZipLoan - Equity Raising Role - Corporate Finance & Treasury

- Setup channel and content creation for periodical communication with identified funds

- Outreach Identify relevant funds, introductory calls & presentations, setup follow-on calls/meeting with Management

- Manage relationship with existing investors 

- Queries, Regular business updates, internal follow up and assisting in execution of Key Action items

- Financial analysis, understanding of NBFC/Banking business model, key metrics and drivers

- Advanced Financial modelling

- Constructing strategic business plan and monitoring variance from the plan

- Experience in various aspects of Equity raising - Valuations, Legal, Compliance, Diligence, regulatory reporting & approvals, SHA/SSA drafting

- Working experience with advisory & law firms, PE/VC funds, Investment banks

- Proficient in Excel / Word / Powerpoint

Qualification - B.Tech / MBA / CFA with at least 5 years of experience in Equity Raising / Investment Banking/ M&A.
