Roles and Responsibilities
1) Oversee key strategic & operational business initiatives, create accurate monitoring systems for those initiatives, and ensure their successful execution
2) Improve current processes and coordinate with different teams for optimized efficiency and higher productivity
3) Helping CEO to focus more on larger and strategic objectives by owning some of the key operational and routine deliverables
Job Description:
- Identify, drive and maintain a regular update on ongoing and new projects, ensure their adherence to implementation timelines, and help stakeholders with planning and execution.
- Manage tasks and projects in progress through project management, efficient coordination, maintenance of records of progress.
- Support CEO by formulating and designing business analytics with success metrics and dashboards for clear visibility on current status of key deliverables and concern areas.
- Determine priorities of the CEO through weekly meetings and identifying opportunities to increase the leadership team and the company's effectiveness in execution.
- Work closely with CEO and senior leaders to remove bottlenecks in business operations and keep vigilance on key operations and raise a red flag as and when needed to get the problem addressed
- Create and improve existing systems and processes to streamline operations.
