Role: Senior Manager – Business Development leading regional sales among our key clients and advertisers (Note: This is an individual contributor role.)
Location: Immediate hiring in Bangalore (1), Mumbai (1+) and New Delhi (1+)
Required Experience:
- Strictly between 6 to 8 years of experience in Sales to large enterprise clients
- Marketing and advertising industry experience required
- Solid experience and track record of independently closing high value sales deals
- Experience of sales interactions with executive level management
- Well networked in the industry especially among companies in key sectors like FMCG and Durables
- Strong understanding of the power of mobile technology for marketing and business processes; Past work with mobile or web technology is a bonus.
Skills and Personality Traits:
- Aptitude to learn tech products and services is essential
- Ability to build quick rapport with multiple contacts within client organisation
- Crucial Sales skills like telephone and email etiquette, ability to overcome objections, unearth true client requirement, negotiation, follow ups
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly ethical
- Self-motivated; requiring minimal supervision
- Fun and easy to work with

- Meeting monthly sales quota
