Zinnov - Senior Consultant/Engagement Lead

Opportunity with Zinnov for a Senior Consultant and engagement lead role for Gurgaon location.

Designation : Senior Consultant/Engagement Lead

Role & Responsibilities :

Support and contribute to consulting assignments through:

- Primary and Secondary research

- Involvement in data interpretation and data analysis

- Report preparation

- Awareness of consulting & research frameworks

- Own smaller consulting engagements as an individual contributor or individual work streams in larger consulting engagements

- Display accountability toward project delivery

- Develop junior consultants by conducting in-house training programs

- Guide junior consultants in their day to day research and analysis activities

- Review the deliverables of junior consultants in the team before it is reviewed by the Manager / Director

- Assist in business development activities by preparing project / work proposals

- Work in collaboration with team members and ensure superior deliverables

Required Skills :

- Ability to scope the client's problem

- Multitask by working on up to 2-3 initiatives simultaneously (engagements / proposals)

- Consultative skills - listening to and engaging with clients in a discussion
