Job Title: Engagement Manager

Educational Qualification: B.Tech + MBA - HR

Location: Bangalore, Hybrid mode

Job Purpose : To lead and grow the Total Rewards practice by enabling clients with data-driven and analysis-rich deliverables around Compensation & Benefits

Job Interface : As an a Project Lead, you will be closely working with the Leadership team for practice development, business development and project delivery in the Total Rewards domain

Job Responsibilities :


- You will work with your project team to conduct in-depth secondary and primary research, apply analysis techniques and derive interesting and meaningful insights for our clients, specifically related to areas such Industry Compensation and Benefits, Short term incentives, Long Term Incentives, Campus Compensation, Salary Increase, Attrition & Hiring estimates etc. You will:

- Lead development of quality research to arrive at a well framed and thought rewards solution for the client

- Create a competitive advantage through consumer and market understanding on areas such compensation peer benchmarking, benefits benchmarking, rewards restructuring, incentive planning etc

- Provide direction to Total rewards team in the design and implementation of research programs, processes, and result analysis and reporting

- Driver thought leadership around compensation, salary increase, attrition, hiring to key business stakeholders to support key business initiatives

- Own all consulting engagements, be responsible for timely delivery of projects

- Lead business development activities by preparing project / work proposal

- Deliver Zinnov events, be the face of Total Reward practice

Functional Competencies:

- Total Rewards experience from leading management consulting organizations/ boutique consulting firms of minimum 8 years

- Excellent business writing and verbal communication skills including presentation skills

- Extreme detail-orientation with high standards for written and visual presentation of information as well as idea

- Excellent research, analytical, and numerical skills

- Ability to develop and articulate strategic recommendations based on rigorous data analysis

- Advanced degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel etc.)

Behavioural Competencies :

Strong interpersonal skills, ability to lead teams in a time-line driven high-pressure environment (typical of consulting firms)
